Sellers may be charged for using some of epatternz.com services. This Fees & Payments Policy explains your fees and taxes and how to pay them.

This policy was published on 01st Jan 2023 and will take effect on 01st Jan 2023. This policy is a part of our Terms and conditions.

By opening an epatternz.com shop, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms and conditions.

Types of Fees

Sellers may be required to pay the following types of fees. Please note that all fees are listed exclusive of any value-added

tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) similar taxes that may apply. See the Taxes section below for further details.

Listing Fees

You will be charged a listing fee of $4 USD (250 Credits) for each item that you list for sale on epatternz.com or added a

membership policy which gives more benefits in tenure and prices. Non-member customer will only be charged a listing fee for creating or renewing a listing on epatternz.com, there is no fee for editing a listing. For non-member customers without listings, the account will expire after Six months. If you list multiple quantities of the same item, the listing fee will be $4 USD (250 Credits) applicable, If listed assets sell, the membership renewal enables and ask for your approval. You can read more about fees for multiple listings in this Help article. Listing fees are reflected as credit points $4 USD equals 250 Credits in your payment account and deducted at the time the listing is published or renewed. It's important to note that listing fees are non-refundable.

There are four membership plans for our seller. I.e.., lite, lite plus, boost, and boost plus. Each plan has its limitation of credits and its tenure period. Each asset holds 250 credits for a year, for example, lite plus holds 7500 credits which mean 30 assets can upload to your shop within 12 months tenure period. The subscription plan costs are inclusive of their taxes or GST if any.

The plan and their subscription cost are designed by epatternz.com, members cannot withdraw are redefine the policies. In such cases, if members want to upgrade their plan, can be able to do anytime, with new tenure of new plan. There is no option to degrade the plan.

The Boost Plus* - has the offer of free Advertisements for their Assets, a package of 8 weeks of advertisement for 15 assets Value of 100$ as per the advertisement plan

Auto-renew.

For Non-Members epatternz.com, the automatic renewal feature will automatically renew your listings at the end of the six-month listing period unless you choose to not use automatic renewals for a particular listing or for your account. You will be charged the listing fee of $4 USD (250 Credits) for each of these listings until you cancel automatic renewals. You can see the automatic listing status in your Listings Manager and may cancel automatic renewals at any time by selecting “Manual” instead of “Automatic” in the “Renewal Options” in the Listings Manager. Once you cancel, you will only be charged for the current listing period.

Transaction Fees.

When you make a sale through epatternz.com, you will be charged a transaction fee of 20% of the price you display for each listing, the amount is Taxed and bank conversion and bank transfer charges. Your sale amounts are deposited as credit points, can monitor all the time in your account page. Regarding transaction charges and the Currency Conversion dine the section below (From our Gateway Partner) for more details on the transaction fee. If you offer optional personalization for an additional fee, the additional fee for personalisation is added to the listing price, and the total display price is subject to the same transaction fees described in this Section. Transaction fees are deducted from your current balance as each sale occurs and are reflected in your payment account.

Advertising and Promotional Fees

epatternz.com offers multiple services to help you advertise your listings and promote your shop, including epatternz.com Ads and Offsite Ads. For Offsite Ads, fees are only charged if epatternz.com advertising you’re listing directly results in a sale, as set forth in more detail below.

If you pay advertising charges on epatternz.com through the Advertising Dashboard in Shop Manager, epatternz.com advice a budget (refer above table) to pay for epatternz.com Ads to promote your listings or shops on epatternz.com. you can pay your Advertisement charges any time in advertising Dashboard of each listed in patternz.com, and you may charge daily, or depend on your listing and depend on traffic. epatternz.com Ads fees may be charged on a recurring basis and are deducted from your current balance and reflected in your payment account.

Offsite Ads Fees

epatternz.com connect with major social medias, do highlight your assets as ads and writeup along with. Same epatternz.com offer the write up a blog on your style and send widely to our customer via email. This package covers three months period from the date of commence. The package can enrol any time you like to start. While enrol you can choose the assets which you want for advertisement. epatternz.com offsite Ad’s fee is deducted from your Credit points or pay if there is no balance in credit points. The assets which you selected as per the package after enrolled, can’t change later

Ad Banner Fees

epatternz.com members have a great option to add their items highlight in the epatternz.com site on the main page. The fee for epatternz.com package subscription listed on Advertising and Promotional Fees. This package covers three months period from the date of commence. The package can enrol any time you like to start. While enrol you can choose the assets which you want for advertisement. epatternz.com banner ad fees are deducted from your Credit points or pay if there is no balance in credit points. The assets which you selected as per the package after enrolled, can’t change later

Currency Conversion

Offsite Ads fees, the Payment Processing fee, and subscription fees, to epatternz.com are in form of USD via Credit card, Debit card or PayPal account. If any conversion charges or transaction charges are bare by buyer and seller

1. Transaction fees, USD currency is the default currency in epatternz.com. Buyer will be charged a currency conversion fee as per payment Gateway partner. If your assets sell epatternz.com deduct the commission amount and credit the balance as credit points your epatternz.com account, calculation as 250 Credit points = 04 USD. You can check your balance all the time as credit points. These credit points can use for all epatternz.com fees. Or convert as cash after achieving the target as per epatternz.com target credit points, refer the Pay-Out policy.

2. Paying epatternz.com Fees

With the option of automatic renew epatternz.com will automatically deduct all fees owed from your payment account. Provided you have sufficient funds in your payment account no further payment action is required. If your payment account does not contain sufficient funds, you are responsible for paying any fees owed in full within 30 days. If overdue the account will be considered blocked and all your listed removed from the account. To reactive the account you may pay your outstanding balance manually by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. In case if you have the credits points earned by Referral, sale, Coupon, gift card epatternz.com debit the outstanding from credits points.

Your statement is available in your payment account at the beginning of each month and will detail all sales and fees activity from the preceding month. You can learn more about paying your outstanding balance in this Help article. epatternz.com may suspend your selling privileges at any time pending payment of your outstanding balance.

4. epatternz.com Payments

epatternz.com Payments enables sellers to accept various forms of payment in USD currencies while using epatternz.com services. Sellers registered for epatternz.com Payments can accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal account.

5. epatternz.com Gift Cards, epatternz.com Credits & epatternz.com Coupons

epatternz.com has the option to generate the Gift cards from our Gift card section, The Gift card value start from $10 which convert to credit points as calculation 250 Credit points = 04 USD. The gift card will provide in a 16-digit code which send to the email id., anyone can use this code to redeem their credits points in their accounts. As a promotional, welcome, festival offer epatternz.com may raise a coupon with discounts in assets or epatternz.com services. The Gift card might use for both seller and buyer, seller can utilize in various options, like membership, advertisement promotions. same say bye can use gift card or coupons for eligible discounts in the list.

Payments Policy

epatternz.com Payments allows buyers and sellers to use various forms of payments on epatternz.com.com. epatternz.com Payment users can pay with and accept payment by credit card, debit card, epatternz.com Gift Card, epatternz.com Credit, epatternz.com Coupon, and some bank transfer services. This policy explains all your rights and obligations when using epatternz.com Payments.

1. Accepting These Terms

The epatternz.com Payments Policy (or the “Policy”) sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use epatternz.com Payments on epatternz.com services (we’ll refer to epatternz.com.com,), so please read it carefully. (a) accept payment by authorized credit and debit card transactions, and PayPal

(b) have those funds credited to a seller’s payment account with epatternz.com, and

(c) have those funds deposited into a seller’s designated PayPal account.

epatternz.com reserves the right to add or remove payment methods accepted by epatternz.com Payments in its sole discretion, with notice where required by applicable law.epatternz.com Payments is only available to sellers who are at least 18 years old who register and are approved for a payment account with epatternz.com.

Sellers may only use epatternz.com Payments for the sale of items listed on epatternz.com Services. epatternz.com reserves the right to terminate a seller’s access to epatternz.com Payments if the seller uses epatternz.com Payments in any other manner.

Buyers may authorise a payment with any major credit or debit card accepted by epatternz.com, with epatternz.com Gift Cards, epatternz.com Credits and epatternz.com Coupons.

Buyers and Sellers benefit from epatternz.com having visibility into payments made on epatternz.com via epatternz.com Payments, because it can make the Services easy to use and enables epatternz.com to provide support more effectively to sellers or buyers where relevant. It also can help reduce fraud and other types of misuse of the epatternz.com platform.

4. epatternz.com Rights and Responsibilities

epatternz.com Payment’s functionality may be made available, modified, or discontinued by us at any time without notice and is subject to the limitations in epatternz.com  Terms and conditions. As a security measure, we may impose transaction limits on buyers and sellers. For example, we may impose limits relating to the value of any transaction, deposit, or adjustment, or limits relating to the cumulative value of all transactions, deposits, or adjustments during a period. We may also impose limits related to the number of transactions per day or another period.

We will not be liable to a seller:

(a) if we do not proceed with a transaction, deposit, or adjustment that would exceed any limit established by us, or

(b) if we permit a buyer to withdraw from a transaction.

epatternz.com may refuse service of epatternz.com Payments to anyone, for any reason, at any time.epatternz.com reserves the right to decline or refund transactions that we believe to be high risk, fraudulent, in violation of trade sanctions, or otherwise in violation of epatternz.com Terms and conditions.

If a buyer does not make payment for the purchase of a legitimate item sold using epatternz.com Payments (e.g., where the buyer used a stolen or unauthorized credit card), epatternz.com may provide limited payment protection to the seller, in the interest of fairness.

epatternz.com maintains records associated with transactions on epatternz.com Payments and does not pass any secure data, including credit card numbers or bank account information, to any sellers. Sellers will only receive delivery information and limited buyer account information necessary to complete the order. epatternz.com Privacy Policy further explains how epatternz.com handles user information.epatternz.com will send you any relevant notices regarding your use of epatternz.com payments.
